Submit the refund request form – Fill out our short Refund Request Form within 90 days of delivery. It only takes a minute.

Send back the bottles – Even if they’re empty. You simply cover the return shipping.

Receive store credit – Once we receive your return, you’ll get store credit for the full product amount (excluding shipping).
Please allow 7–10 business days for processing after we receive your return.
SupVitals reserves the right to decline refund requests that do not meet these conditions or appear fraudulent.
